Alzheimer's Family Services, Inc. (AFS), an affiliate of Covenant Hospice, Inc.,provides support to families coping with Alzheimer's disease.
AFS offers programs such as Project Lifesaver, educational offerings, support groups, volunteer services, memory screenings, and much more, to support families dealing with Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia.
Alzheimer’s Family Services, Inc. provides all of its services through private donations and grants. All funds donated are tax deductible and remain in the local area.
